Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) seeks a Performance Educator to deliver Ready and Resilient Training Services (R2 TS) across Army installations.

This full-time role involves teaching resilience, positive psychology and performance skills to DoD personnel, their families, and DA civilians, with travel as needed. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology, may belong to related associations, and bring teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military/DOD

Qualifications

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology with a specialty in sport/performance psychology.
Membership in professional associations (AASP, CMPC, ABSP) is desired.
Experience teaching or coaching, preferably with military and DoD personnel.
Ability to operate general office equipment and communicate effectively in person, by phone or virtually.
Willingness to travel and adhere to travel policies; capable of lifting/moving equipment up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Attend training exercises and field operations to coach clients on performance psychology techniques.
Provide tailored educational programs and workshops for military families and civilians.
Recommend improvements to program operations and perform routine duties.
Support program evaluation and research projects; brief VIPs and leaders when required.
Develop and maintain professional development related to performance enhancement and military knowledge.
