Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking a Performance Educator for Fort Huachuca, AZ to support Ready and Resilient Training Services (R2 TS).

You will deliver resilience and performance psychology instruction to Army personnel, DoD civilians, and their families. Responsibilities include teaching mental skills in group and individual settings, traveling to Army installations as required, and working with a small team led by a Performance Center Manager.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience in resilience or performance psychology.
• Experience with military/DOD personnel preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Attends and supports training exercises as a performance enhancement consultant.
• Delivers tailored resilience and performance psychology programs to DoD personnel and families.
• Provides group and individual instruction on mental skills and performance strategies.
• Assists with program evaluation, data collection, and reporting.
• Maintains program materials, travel as needed, and coordination with the program manager.
