Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) seeks a Performance Educator to join its Ready and Resilient Training Services team at Ft. Gordon, GA.

The role delivers resilience, positive psychology, and performance psychology training to DoD personnel, families, and civilians, following Army Master Resilience Training standards. The educator conducts group and one-on-one sessions, develops tailored programs, and supports research projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology with a specialization in performance psychology.
• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DoD personnel.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attends training exercises and field operations to coach clients on performance psychology techniques.
• Provides educational programs and workshops for families and civilians in demanding environments.
• Recommends improvements to program operations and conducts assessments and evaluations.
• Develops and maintains professional development relating to performance enhancement and military knowledge.
