Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. is seeking a Performance Educator to deliver Ready and Resilient Training Services (R2 TS) for DoD personnel and their families in Columbia, SC. The role focuses on resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement across Army installations.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology, has relevant teaching or coaching experience, and can travel as needed. Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology with a specialization in performance psychology.
• Memberships in professional bodies such as AASP, CMPC, or ABSP are desirable.
• Experience in teaching or coaching, preferably with military and DoD personnel.

Responsibilities

• Attends training exercises and field operations to coach clients and leaders on performance psychology techniques.
• Provides tailored educational programs and workshops for families and civilians in demanding environments.
• Recommends improvements to program operations and performs routine duties.
• Conducts assessments, assists in program evaluation, and supports research projects.
• Briefs VIPs and high-ranking leaders as required.
• Develops and maintains professional development in performance enhancement and military knowledge.
