Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking a Performance Educator to support Ready and Resilient Training Services at Fort Hood, TX.

The role involves delivering resilience, positive psychology, and performance- enhancement instruction to Army personnel and DoD civilians. The candidate should graduate from the Army Master Resilience Training Course and be a certified Army Performance Expert, with strong communication skills and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology.
• AASP/CMPC/ABSP memberships are desirable.
• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military/DOD personnel.

Responsibilities

• Attends training exercises and field operations to coach clients on performance psychology techniques.
• Provides tailored educational programs and workshops for military Families and DoD civilians.
• Recommends improvements to program operations and conducts routine responsibilities.
• Performs assessments, supports research projects, and assists in program evaluation.
• Delivers briefings to VIPs and high-ranking leaders when required.
• Develops and maintains professional development in performance enhancement and related knowledge.
