Job summary

Duties include teaching resilience and performance psychology, conducting workshops, and supporting program evaluation across Army installations. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology, demonstrates teaching or coaching experience with military/DOD personnel, and is a U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology with a specialized emphasis in sport/performance psychology.
• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DoD personnel.
• Ability to communicate and interact with others in person, by telephone or virtually.

Responsibilities

• Attends training exercises and field operations to coach clients on performance psychology techniques.
• Provides tailored educational programs and workshops for families and civilians in demanding environments.
• Recommends improvements to program operations and conducts routine operational duties.
• Performs assessment, assists in program evaluation, and supports research projects.
• Delivers briefings to VIPs and high-ranking leaders when required.
• Develops professional development relating to performance enhancement and military knowledge.
