Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking a Performance Educator for Ready and Resilient Training Services (R2 TS) to deliver resilience and performance psychology training to DoD personnel and families.

You will operate across Army installations and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team led by a Performance Center Manager with military background. The role requires a Master’s degree in sports psychology or kinesiology, plus teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology with emphasis in sport/performance psychology.
• Membership in AASP, CMPC, or ABSP is desirable.
• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DoD personnel.
• Ability to operate general office equipment and software.
• Strong communication abilities in person, by phone, or virtually.
• Ability to work under time pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel as needed and adhere to travel policies.

Responsibilities

• Attends training exercises and field operations to coach clients on performance psychology techniques.
• Provides tailored educational programs and workshops for Families and Civilians in demanding environments.
• Recommends improvements to program operations.
• Performs routine program operational duties.
• Assists in assessment, program evaluation, and research projects.
• Briefs VIPs and leaders when required.
• Maintains professional development related to performance enhancement and military knowledge.
