Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) seeks a Performance Educator for Ready and Resilient Training Services to teach resilience, performance psychology, and mental skills to DoD personnel and their families across Army installations.

The role requires master’s level training, Army MT course completion, and travel as needed. Responsibilities include delivering tailored programs, coaching leaders, and contributing to program research and development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology with emphasis in sport/performance psychology.
• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DoD personnel.
• Membership in professional associations (AASP, CMPC, ABSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attends training exercises and field operations to coach clients and leaders on performance psychology techniques.
• Provides tailored educational programs and workshops for Families and Civilians in demanding environments to help goals.
• Recommends improvements to program operations.
• Performs routine program operations duties.
• Conducts assessment, supports program evaluation and research projects locally.
• Delivers overview briefings to VIPs and high-ranking leaders when required.
• Develops and maintains professional development related to performance enhancement and military knowledge.
