Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) seeks a Performance Educator to deliver Ready and Resilient training to U.S. Army personnel, their families, and DA civilians.

The role focuses on resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement through group and individual instruction across multiple Army installations. The educator must complete the Army Master Resilience Training Course and become a certified Army Performance Expert, teaching mental skills like confidence building, goal setting,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology with performance psychology emphasis.
• Memberships in professional associations related to the field (AASP/CMPC/ABSP) preferred.
• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DoD personnel.
• Strong communication and computer/media skills.
• Willingness to travel and endure field operations.

Responsibilities

• Attend training exercises and field operations as a performance enhancement consultant.
• Provide tailored educational programs and workshops for families and civilians in demanding environments.
• Recommend improvements to program operations and conduct routine duties.
• Perform program assessment, evaluation, and support research projects.
• Provide briefings to VIPs and leaders as required.
• Develop and maintain professional development related to performance enhancement.
• Support Wounded Warriors in transition as needed.
