Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and proprietary move-tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage move opportunities through third-party bid boards.
• Review move details, scope, timelines, and service requirements for accurate bids.
• Quote non-military moves when needed.
• Register both military and non-military moves.
• Coordinate packing, transportation, storage, delivery, and specialty services.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to fulfill services.
• Address issues, delays, and exceptions; escalate per procedures.
• Ensure moves meet schedule, policies, and quality standards.
• Support billing accuracy with completion documentation.
• Assist with post-move follow-up and close-out activities.
