Job summary

New World Van Lines is seeking an OA/DA Military Move Specialist responsible for managing military moves awarded through third-party bid boards and small shipment relocations. The Specialist will not interact directly with military members but will coordinate moves with Military Move Brokers and internal teams.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a strong customer service foundation, ideally with experience in high-volume environments. Responsibilities include coordinating all move-related tasks and ensuring adherence to service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the moving/relocation customer service industry, preferably with military moves.
• Strong ability to manage multiple awarded moves simultaneously.
• Experience supporting high-volume move environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage move opportunities through third-party bid boards.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for services not performed internally.
• Support post-move follow-up and close-out activities as required.
