Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizen and fluent English.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish if required by contract.
• Able to obtain a favorable DoD Tier 2 investigation.
• Must pass the OCI process.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal financial counseling and management services to service members and families.
• Assist service members in establishing spending plans for extended absences.
• Develop and distribute informational financial materials.
• Coordinate and deliver PF classes/workshops across the military lifecycle.
• Provide virtual PFC support when authorized by the program office.
• Coordinate with leadership and POCs to ensure program scope and needs.
• Participate in trainings, in-services, and contract activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
