Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) seeks a Cognitive Performance Specialist to join the H2F Performance Team supporting the 9th Mission Support Command. The role focuses on evidence-based mental readiness and performance psychology to enhance Soldier resilience, readiness, and performance, with travel across the Pacific region.

The position requires a PhD or PsyD in psychology, APA-accredited internship, and relevant post-graduate experience; security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Minimum of three years post-graduate experience providing mental skills training.
• Certification as CMPC is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver mental readiness and cognitive performance training programs.
• Develop training materials, exercises, and discussion guides.
• Train Soldiers in cognitive skills to enhance performance under pressure.
