Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) seeks Cognitive Performance Specialists to support Army National Guard H2F Performance Teams.

The role focuses on developing and delivering programs that enhance cognitive readiness, mental skills, resilience, and performance under pressure, with classroom and field-based training and mentorship for trainers. The position requires an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, or kinesiology, plus experience in mental-skills training and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or kinesiology with sport/performance focus.
• CMPC certification is highly desired.
• Minimum of three years of post-graduate experience providing mental-skills training or cognitive-performance services.
• Must maintain credentials and have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within CONUS and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement mental-readiness programs based on performance psychology.
• Develop mental-skills resources like tip sheets and guided exercises.
• Train Soldiers in cognitive-performance skills and attention control.
• Provide classroom instruction and field-based coaching.
• Integrate cognitive skills into military activities and leadership courses.
• Mentor trainers and integrators; support onboarding curricula and reports.
• Travel to Army National Guard locations and training events as required.
