Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) seeks a Cognitive Performance Specialist to join the H2F Implementation Team at Fort Eustis, VA. You will train Brigade teams on cognitive skills, mental resiliency, and performance optimization, aligning with H2F doctrine and best practices.

The role requires a doctoral level in psychology or sport psychology, 5+ years of applicable experience, U.S. citizenship, and willingness to travel up to 50% to support Army units and brigades.

Qualificações

• Doctoral degree in Psychology, Human Performance, Kinesiology, Counseling, Coaching Education, Exercise Science, or Sport Sciences with sport psychology specialization.
• Minimum five years as a mental-performance coach or sport-psychology practitioner.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to travel 25–50%.

Responsabilidades

• Educate and train personnel on cognitive performance, mental resiliency, and team cohesion.
• Develop CPS implementation plans and deliver instruction at classroom and field settings.
• Travel to CONUS and occasional OCONUS locations as required.
