Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking Cognitive Performance Specialists to support Army National Guard H2F teams. The CPS will develop and deliver programs that enhance cognitive readiness, mental skills, resilience, focus, and performance under pressure.

The role includes classroom and field training, mentoring, and integration into training activities. The candidate will travel to supported locations, design curricula, and contribute to onboarding and reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Kinesiology with a focus in sport/performance psychology.
• CMPC certification desired from the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
• Minimum of three years post-graduate mental-skills training experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement mental-readiness programs based on performance psychology.
• Develop mental-skills resources such as tip sheets and leader guides.
• Train Soldiers in cognitive-performance skills and resilience.
• Instruct attention control, goal setting, energy management, stress techniques, breathing, mindfulness, and self-talk.
• Conduct classroom instruction and field coaching.
• Mentor H2F Integrators and Master Resilience Trainers.
• Travel to Army National Guard locations and support events.
