Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking a Cognitive Performance Specialist to join the H2F Implementation Team at Fort Eustis, Virginia. The CPS will train Brigade H2F Performance Teams and Army leaders on cognitive-performance skills, resilience, and performance enhancement.

The role involves collaboration with HIT and Brigade teams, content development for H2F, and travel 25–50% to CONUS and occasional OCONUS locations, delivering instruction and supporting program integration.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology, Human Performance, Kinesiology, Counseling, or Sport Sciences with a specialization in Sport Psychology.
• Must possess at least one credential: licensed psychologist with sports psychology, CC-AASP, CMPC, or Board Certified Sport Psychologist.
• Minimum of five years as a mental-performance coach or sport-psychology practitioner with athletes or Service Members.
• Experience teaching in classroom and field settings and developing course content.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary HIT and Brigade teams to educate personnel on holistic Soldier readiness.
• Provide education on cognitive performance, mental resiliency, teamwork, and task-specific performance.
• Participate in pre-implementation planning meetings with HIT and Brigade representatives.
• Develop CPS-specific implementation plans based on unit assessments.
• Conduct pre-implementation research including unit data and Brigade culture/history.
• Deliver standardized H2F implementation instruction at sites.
