Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) seeks a Cognitive Performance Specialist to support the US Army Reserve H2F program. The role is primarily based at Fort Shafter Flats, Honolulu, HI, with recurring travel throughout the Pacific region.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology.
• APA-accredited college or university doctoral program completed.
• APA-accredited psychology internship completed.
• CMPC certification highly desired.
• Current, valid professional license as required for contract work.
• Willingness to travel regularly within CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Responsibilities

• Design mental readiness and cognitive performance training programs.
• Develop training materials, guided exercises, and discussion guides.
• Train Soldiers in evidence-based cognitive skills for performance under pressure.
• Provide instruction in attention control, goal setting, energy and stress management.
• Conduct classroom and field-based performance coaching.
• Integrate cognitive skills into relevant military training activities.
• Coach Master Resilience Trainers and H2F Integrators.
• Provide reach-back support and technical guidance to unit personnel.
• Collaborate with HPT to align mental readiness with physical and nutrition activities.
• Develop curricula, resources, and program reports.
• Travel to Pacific region locations as required.
