Job summary

Maximus seeks a Mental Health Clinician to provide behavioral health services for SOF personnel and families in a demanding, collaborative environment. The role emphasizes clinical assessment, therapy, case management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to support readiness and resilience.

Licensed clinicians with CSWE-accredited MSW and LCSW/LMSW credentials will work across locations and may participate in research and quality improvement activities within POTFF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
• Master’s degree in social work with CSWE accreditation and independent clinical licensure (LCSW/LMSW).
• Two years of related experience in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, group, and couples therapy.
• Conduct assessments and use evidence-based therapies.
• Supervise staff and ensure program coverage and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with medical, legal, and military stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and client registry.
