Maximus seeks a Clinical Psychologist to support SOF readiness, resilience, and performance across multiple locations in the United States. The role requires licensure-path credentials, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 10+ years of professional experience.
• Master’s degree in Psychology with 8+ years of related experience or PhD with 6+ years of related experience.
• PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited program in clinical or counseling psychology.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert psychological consultation and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based programs, services, and initiatives.
• Develop and enhance assessment methodologies, tools, and processes to support organizational and workforce objectives.
• Conduct and interpret individual, team, and/or organizational assessments and provide actionable recommendations.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and inform decision-making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in psychology, behavioral science, and human performance.
• Lead complex client engagements and influence strategic decisions through evidence-based recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to address complex challenges and achieve project objectives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and thought leadership to colleagues and clients.
• Practice within the guidelines of the applicable state licensing board, APA ethical principles, and MTF privileges.
• Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews and testing, and collateral sources.

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
