Maximus Federal is seeking a Clinical Psychometrist, LCSW to support psychological and neuropsychological assessments for active-duty SOF personnel. You will administer and score standardized tests under supervision to inform diagnostic formulation and duty-readiness determinations.

The role requires an active U.S. security clearance or eligibility, and favors candidates with military/SOF experience and licensure in psychology/social work.

Formación

• Minimum two years of related experience in psychological testing and scoring.
• Current LCSW or LMSW license valid in the state of practice.
• Board Certified Psychometrist (BCP) or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of employees and ensure adequate staffing for the program.
• Serve as subject matter expert for designated program knowledge area.
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings as needed.
• Ensure contract and SLA compliance and coordinate with contract management.
