Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Clinical Psychometrist, LCSW to support psychological and neuropsychological assessments for active-duty SOF personnel. You will administer and score standardized tests under supervision to aid diagnosis, treatment planning, and duty-readiness determinations.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, a valid security clearance or eligibility, and willingness to operate at multiple NC locations including Fayetteville.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW or LMSW license required.
• Minimum of two years related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or related behavioral science.
• Certification by the Board of Certified Psychometrists (BCP) or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of employees and ensure adequate staff coverage.
• Serve as subject matter expert for program knowledge.
• Perform assessment procedures under supervision of credentialed psychologists.
• Conduct neuropsychological, intelligence, and personality testing.
• Coordinate care with military agencies and facilities.
• Document client interactions and safeguard confidentiality.
