Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide embedded behavioral health services within the POTFF program. You will work on an integrated, multidisciplinary team delivering assessments, interventions, consultations, care coordination, and prevention services to promote readiness, resilience, and the long‑term well‑being of Special Operations Forces personnel and their families.

Candidates residing near Camp Pendleton, CA are preferred. U.S.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in California.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance as required for contract performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
• Deliver care coordination and consultation as part of an integrated team.
• Provide prevention services to support readiness, resilience, and well-being.
