Maximus is seeking a Cognitive Performance Specialist, LCSW (POTFF) to develop and apply evidence-based interventions that enhance cognitive performance, mental readiness, and behavioral skills for SOF personnel. The CPS works with a team to educate, train, and consult across executive function, sleep, goal setting, visualization, and related performance strategies.

The role requires an active U.S. Government security clearance, a current LCSW/LMSW license, and experience delivering HRV training

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW/LMSW) required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field with specialization in performance psychology.
• Experience delivering HRV training in high-performance settings.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team to ensure adequate staff coverage.
• Deliver evidence-based cognitive performance education to SOF personnel.
• Coordinate with POTFF leadership and contract management for improvements.
