Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Milieu Coordinator I/II to facilitate therapeutic groups, monitor meals, and provide milieu support in Inpatient/Residential and Partial Hospitalization programs. The role may include on-call shifts as needed, with duties aligned to core behavioral health protocols.

The MC I/II acts as a clinical lead during evenings/weekends, supports de-escalation and crisis management, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and engagement in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field is required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in behavioral health or related field is required.
• Intern or associate license preferred; relevant state licensing is a plus.
