Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Milieu Therapist to support IP/Res and PHP programs. You will facilitate groups, monitor meals, and provide milieu support, de-escalation, and behavioral coaching to patients. On-call shifts may be required to meet patient care needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mental health or related field required.
• Master's degree in mental health or related field required.
• Intern or associate license from appropriate state licensing board required.
• Minimum 18 months of experience in a behavioral health or related field preferred or required with relevant master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate groups based on core curriculum and provide meal monitoring and support.
• Provide milieu support, de-escalation, and behavior coaching to patients in IP/Res and PHP programs.
• May work on-call shifts as needed in accordance with labor laws.
• Lead advanced groups and serve as clinical lead for standalone programs in evenings and weekends.
