Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Milieu Coordinator I/II to facilitate therapeutic groups, monitor meals, and support patients across inpatient/residential and partial hospitalization programs. Flexibility for on-call shifts may apply.

The MC I requires a bachelor's in behavioral health and at least 6 months of related experience; MC II requires 18+ months, a graduate degree is preferred, and an intern/associate license is preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in behavioral health or related field (Required).
• MC II: 18+ months experience; graduate degree preferred; intern/associate license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates curriculum-based groups.
• Provides meal monitoring and meal support.
• Documents groups, meals, and patient check-ins/observations.
• Provides milieu support including de-escalation and crisis management.
• Lead advanced groups (MC II) in evenings/weekends.
