Job summary
ERC Pathlight is hiring a Milieu Therapist to support IP/Res and PHP programs by facilitating groups and monitoring meals. You will provide milieu support, de-escalation, and behavior coaching to patients, with potential on-call shifts as needed.
The role requires a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in mental health or related fields, plus an intern or associate license. You will collaborate with clinicians and take a lead on advanced groups in some shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mental health or related field required.
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
- Intern or associate license from state licensing board required.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates groups based on core curriculum.
- Provides meal monitoring and meal support.
- Offers milieu support, de-escalation and behavior coaching to patients in IP/Res and PHP programs.
- May work on-call shifts as needed according to labor laws.
- Implements individual behavior management plans for patients and may lead groups in evenings and weekends.
