Job summary

ERC Pathlight in the United States is seeking a Milieu Therapist to support IP/Res and PHP programs. You will facilitate groups, monitor meals, document progress, and provide de-escalation and crisis support to patients.

The role offers a part-time schedule: 3 shifts per week, with preference for Monday and Thursday; evenings/weekends coverage and on-call may be required. A Bachelor's and Master's in mental health, plus an intern/associate license and 18+ months of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mental health or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field is required.
• Intern or associate license from state licensing board is required.
• Minimum 18 months of experience in a behavioral health field is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate curriculum-based groups.
• Provide meal monitoring and support.
• Document groups, meals and patient check-ins and observations.
• Provide milieu support including de-escalation and crisis management.
• Lead advanced groups and serve as clinical lead in evenings and weekends.
• Coverage for Primary Therapists with support from Clinical Manager or Clinical Director.
