Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Milieu Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization programs. The role involves facilitating curriculum-based groups, meal monitoring, de-escalation, and behavior coaching under core program guidelines.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or a related field, and minimum experience: 6 months for MC I, 18 months for MC II (preferred with a graduate degree). On-site schedule with potential on-call shifts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field is required.
  • Graduate degree in mental health is preferred for MCII.
  • Intern or associate license in relevant state license board is optional.
  • Experience facilitating groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate curriculum-based groups for patients in IP/Res and PHP.
  • Provide meal monitoring and meal support to participants.
  • Document groups, meals, and patient check-ins and observations.
  • Provide milieu support including de-escalation and crisis management.
  • Lead and supervise more advanced groups (MCII) in evenings/weekends.
