Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Program Manager to lead planning, DD1391 development, and facility-IT integration across installation projects. You will synchronize with multiple stakeholders, align schedules with IT dependencies, and manage risk, cost, and cutover sequencing to protect operational readiness.

You will drive end-to-end planning, from requirements intake to approvals and execution oversight, while maintaining disciplined program controls and executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience in DD1391 authorship, integrated scheduling, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with DPW, USACE, and IT teams to achieve MILCON objectives and enable mission operations.
• Lead scope, schedule, and risk trade-off decisions and document outcomes.
• Establish stakeholder battle rhythm and maintain artifacts with version control.
• Own deliverables affecting mission readiness by integrating facility buildouts with IT dependencies.
• Apply IT knowledge (MDF/IDF layouts, network cabling, power) to develop schedules and cost estimates.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and risk reports to leadership.
