Job summary

CDW Government, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex MCICOM programs including MILCON and ICG. You will manage full lifecycle infrastructure and telecom initiatives, aligning with mission requirements and technical standards, while interfacing with senior stakeholders. The role requires extensive defense program experience, strong scheduling and risk management skills, and an active Secret clearance.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field and minimum 15 years of PM experience in federal or defense programs, or 10 years with PMP.
• Demonstrated end-to-end MILCON and/or ICG program ownership with DoD stakeholders.
• Experience with scheduling, milestone tracking, and IMS oversight.
• Strong background in risk management, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, logistics, financial, and operational teams.
• Familiarity with DoD processes and infrastructure program management.
• Experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders in a federal or defense environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple complex programs.
• Active Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• PMP certification is a plus; Master’s degree is a plus; MCICOM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage MILCON and ICG programs from initiation through planning, execution, and closeout.
• Lead program planning and execution activities across MCICOM initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling and milestone management, IMS development and maintenance.
• Provide schedule oversight to align milestones, deliverables, and critical path.
• Coordinate planning across engineering, logistics, financial, and operational teams.
• Manage cross-program resource allocation to optimize personnel, funding, and materials.
• Identify risks and support mitigation strategies and risk management plans.
• Oversee performance tracking, metrics development, analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with engineering teams and SMEs for technical alignment and delivery.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with Marine Corps leadership, personnel, and partners.
• Support change management and issue resolution to maintain timelines.
• Develop program roadmaps and long-range planning for capability development.
• Provide milestone forecasting to support leadership decision-making.
