Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex MCICOM programs, including MILCON and ICG initiatives, aligning with mission requirements and technical standards.

You will serve as a key interface with senior stakeholders, driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver large-scale infrastructure and telecommunications programs on time and within scope. A strong background in DoD processes and IMS is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 15+ years in federal/defense program management, or 10+ years with PMP.
• End-to-end MILCON and/or ICG program lifecycle experience.
• Strong scheduling, IMS oversight, and risk management background.

Responsibilities

• Manage MILCON and ICG programs from initiation to closeout per DoD standards.
• Lead planning and execution across multiple MCICOM initiatives.
• Provide schedule oversight and ensure milestone alignment.
• Coordinate planning across engineering, logistics, finance, and operations.
