• Ability to develop program guidance, track project execution, and prepare high-visibility reporting materials
• Ability to assemble formal government notifications or documentation packages for review and approval
• Secret clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, real estate, public policy, finance field

Responsibilities

• Manage challenging MILCON program management efforts in federal and defense environments from inception to closeout
• Oversee a team to develop creative solutions and ensure on-schedule, within-budget program execution
• Develop MILCON program guidance, compile budget materials, track progress, and assemble high-visibility Congressional notification packages
