Job summary

North Wind Design is seeking a Project Manager to lead MILCON programs for federal clients across the U.S. You will manage projects from planning through construction, coordinating government clients, design teams, and contractors to deliver objectives on time and within budget.

The role requires strong scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills, with travel of up to 50% and the ability to obtain security clearance. A PE/CMP/CCM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage MILCON projects through all phases from planning to closeout.
• Serve as liaison between government clients, stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and performance metrics.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with contract requirements and client expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, environmental specialists, and construction personnel.
• Review designs, specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and deliverables.
