Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Program Manager to lead planning, DD1391 development, and facility-IT integration across installation projects. You will coordinate with DPW, USACE, and IT teams to align schedules with mission IT dependencies and manage risk, cost, and cutover sequencing to protect operational readiness.

You will drive end-to-end planning, approvals, and execution oversight, delivering disciplined program controls and executive briefings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
8+ years of project management experience.
Experience in DD1391 authorship, integrated scheduling, risk management, stakeholder briefings, facility–IT integration.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with DPW, USACE, installation leadership, facilities, and IT engineering to achieve MILCON objectives.
Lead scope, schedule, and risk trade-off decisions and document outcomes.
Establish and enforce stakeholder battle rhythm; maintain program artifacts and logs.
Own deliverables that affect mission readiness by integrating facility buildouts with IT dependencies.
Apply IT knowledge (MDF/IDF layouts; network; cabling) to develop integrated schedules and costs.
Prepare and deliver stakeholder briefings, status updates, and risk reports to leadership.
