Job summary

North Wind Design is seeking a Design Integrator to coordinate multidisciplinary design integration for MILCON projects. You will link project teams with government stakeholders and home-office SMEs to ensure design quality, constructability, sustainability, and mission alignment within schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a technical field, 7+ years in design/engineering/project delivery, and at least 3 years in MILCON.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
7+ years of progressively responsible experience in design, engineering, architecture, construction management, or project delivery.
3+ years of experience supporting federal or MILCON projects.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and technical reviews.
Knowledge of MILCON, UFC, and DoD standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate multidisciplinary design integration reviews for MILCON projects.
Serve as the primary interface between project teams and SMEs located in regional and home office locations.
Manage review cycles for architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and other disciplines.
Schedule, organize, and lead design review meetings, workshops, and technical coordination sessions.
Track review comments and verify incorporation into project documents.
Support QA/QC processes throughout the project lifecycle.
