Job summary

North Wind Group is hiring a Design Integrator to coordinate and manage multidisciplinary design integration for MILCON projects across Huntsville, Las Vegas, or San Antonio. You will serve as the primary liaison between project teams, government stakeholders, and SMEs, ensuring design quality and compliance throughout planning, design, and construction phases. The role requires 7+ years in design/engineering and 3+ years in MILCON.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in design, engineering, architecture, or project delivery.
• Minimum 3 years supporting federal or MILCON projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and technical reviews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate multidisciplinary design integration reviews for MILCON projects.
• Interface between project teams and SME locations.
• Manage review cycles for architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Lead design review meetings and coordination sessions.
• Track comments, assign actions, and ensure incorporation into documents.
