Job summary

North Wind Design seeks a Configuration Control Manager to lead and coordinate configuration management and change control for MILCON projects. On-site role, ensuring changes align with budgets, schedules, and contracts, while supporting cost estimating and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

The candidate will implement CMS processes, review ECPs and RFIs, and facilitate CCB meetings, maintaining audit trails and project baselines. Federal project experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum 8 years in configuration management, project controls or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting federal MILCON/DoD projects preferred.
• Experience managing change control processes and ECPs/RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, plan, and coordinate configuration management and change control for MILCON projects.
• Serve as on-site Configuration Control Manager for evaluating, documenting, coordinating, and controlling project changes.
• Support cost estimating, budgeting, risk management, and configuration processes throughout project lifecycle.
• Facilitate Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings and maintain records.
