Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to support the WHA/MA Director and team by delivering programmatic analysis and coordination on migration policy across interagency and international partners.

The role requires strong English communication, policy writing, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multi-location environment, with a Secret clearance and related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international studies, affairs, or development, or related field.
• Current Secret clearance.
• 4+ years (2 with master’s) in international affairs settings, incl. NGOs or U.S. embassies.
• Experience using Microsoft Office to create professional documents.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of migration policy and advise on U.S. interests.
• Draft and clear briefing memos for senior leaders on short notice.
• Draft and clear interagency progress reports.
• Coordinate with WHA/MA, PRM, INL, DHS on migration-related arrangements.
• Participate in interagency meetings and with external stakeholders.
• Advise on public messaging to deter illegal migration.
• Monitor developments and provide assessments and analyses.
• Collate and report interagency migration data.
