Job summary

CPMG is seeking a Program Analyst to support the WHA/MA Director and team with programmatic research, analysis, and cross‑agency coordination on migration policy. Responsibilities include drafting briefing memos, preparing reports on interagency progress, and coordinating with partners on repatriation and migration initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to prepare analyses and memos.
• Strong writing, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and coordinate across locations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in speaking and reading Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of the administration's migration policy and related initiatives.
• Draft and clear briefing memos for senior leadership on migration issues.
• Draft and clear interagency progress reports on key milestones.
• Coordinate with WHA/MA, PRM, INL, and DHS on migrat ion arrangements.
• Participate in interagency meetings and with external stakeholders.
• Advise Public Affairs on public messaging to deter illegal migration.
