Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst (ECON) to support the Development section with programmatic, research, and inter-agency coordination for foreign policy development and implementation. The role focuses on economic policy analysis, drafting, and briefings for U.S.

Government principals in the Western Hemisphere. Responsibilities include monitoring economic policy issues, drafting policy documents, and coordinating with DoD and interagency partners to ensure consistency of U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years college with two years related international affairs experience.
• Demonstrated policy research and concise analytical writing for senior decision-makers.
• Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on economic and policy issues relevant to the OAS and inter-American institutions.
• Draft briefing memoranda, talking points, and policy documents for leadership.
• Coordinate with U.S. Government agencies to align policy positions and messaging.
• Prepare summaries and analyses of meetings and events involving OAS member states.
