Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst (PD) to support the Mission at the Organization of American States (OAS). The role covers programming, research, writing, public diplomacy, public affairs, and coordination across mission priorities.

Responsibilities include analyzing issues, preparing briefing materials, and coordinating with U.S. Embassies and stakeholders. Strong English skills and a Secret Clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years of study plus two years of related experience
• Four years combined international affairs experience (two years with bachelor’s)
• Secret Clearance required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on issues within the OAS relevant to U.S. interests and mission priorities.
• Track activities of OAS bodies and prepare summaries and background materials.
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and other written products for leadership.
• Support U.S. participation in OAS meetings by researching issues and drafting interventions.
• Monitor implementation of OAS mandates and prepare summaries or reporting products.
• Provide support for Mission public diplomacy and public affairs activities.
• Prepare draft speeches, remarks, talking points, and outreach materials for review.
• Coordinate planning of Mission outreach events and meetings; maintain agendas and invites.
• Monitor public statements and publications from OAS and Member States.
