Job summary

Jobtailor in New York, NY is seeking a Customer Migration Specialist to serve as the primary contact for customers migrating to the Unify Platform. You will assess each customer's environment and craft a migration plan, guiding them from kickoff to completion.

You will execute integrations between legacy systems and the Unify Platform, validate data accuracy post‑integration, and deliver platform and app training to new customers, providing hands‑on support throughout the transition.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a commercial or customer service role (B2B experience preferred).
• Demonstrated experience working with business software systems, including migrating or entering data between platforms (CRM, ERP, or database systems preferred).
• Track record of learning new software platforms quickly and successfully troubleshooting data or system issues in a previous role.
• Excellent communication skills with a "can-do" attitude.
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken, with the ability to clearly articulate technical requirements and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers migrating to the Unify Platform.
• Assess each customer's environment and build a migration plan.
• Guide customers through the migration process from kickoff to completion.
• Execute integrations between legacy systems and the Unify Platform.
• Validate data accuracy post-integration.
• Deliver platform and app training to new customers.
• Provide hands-on support throughout the customer's transition.
• Partner with Customer Success on a smooth handoff at project completion.
