Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Project Manager to lead 15–25 customer migration projects end-to-end in a dynamic startup environment. You will create detailed plans, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and issue resolution.

You will conduct training sessions, educate customers on configuring our SaaS offerings, and stay current on product enhancements to maximize client satisfaction and success.

Qualifications

• One year minimum in a similar role in financial services or banking.
• Experience delivering software implementations from inception to completion.
• Experience advising and training customers on software usage and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many software projects simultaneously.
• Ability to explain complex features to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead 15–25 customer migration projects end-to-end with clear timelines and budgets.
• Develop granular project plans, tracking milestones from data extraction to SaaS go-live.
• Conduct training sessions guiding customers on configuring SaaS offerings.
• Stay informed on product enhancements to educate customers on new features.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary customer contact, addressing issues to maintain satisfaction.
