Job summary

Togetherwork is seeking a Migration Specialist for its Higher Education vertical, tasked with guiding customers through end-to-end platform migrations. You’ll ensure accurate data transfers, minimize disruptions, and address client concerns with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

This temporary hybrid role reports to the Columbus, GA office on Tue–Thu, with additional remote options in the US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 6 months+ experience in customer service, support, or client management.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent problem solving with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Teams, and other Office365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary migration champion for customers, providing updates and guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of organization requirements and ensure compliance during migrations.
• Follow best practices for data migration, documentation, and reviews.
• Schedule migrations and resolve data errors or corruption points.
• Coordinate and execute end-to-end migration processes ensuring smooth handoffs.
