Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior engineer to lead a large-scale enterprise migration. You will coordinate across teams, provide early-phase estimates and tool selection, and translate requirements into detailed design plans.

You will validate design decisions with stakeholders, guide high-risk features, and maintain comprehensive documentation aligned with standards. Strong leadership and SDLC expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-driven software solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex software/systems and communicate findings.
• Proven track record in guiding development teams and stakeholders.
• Experience estimating project size and work for software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and architecture/design options.
• Experience providing technical guidance to staff.
