Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Migration Lead to drive the outsourcing program for JPMAM’s middle office operating model, coordinating across Sales, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology. You will define the migration strategy, ensure readiness, and execute the implementation roadmap.

The role requires 8+ years of project management experience, strong governance and cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with large strategic initiatives.
• Experience in operations outsourcing within asset management or financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to lead a high-performing team in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Define migration strategy and rollout plan for the outsourcing program.
• Serve as a business liaison across Sales, Client Services, CAO, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Tech and Finance.
• Design and manage migration center of excellence and implementation playbook.
• Establish governance and resources for regulatory, risk, financial, people and tech aspects.
