Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Plano, TX is seeking an Onshore Migration Assurance Lead / ServiceNow Migration Lead to drive comprehensive testing for telecom networks and OSS/BSS integrations.

You will define test strategies, develop scenarios, and lead manual and automated testing across environments, ensuring traceability from requirements to defects and reporting quality metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Define and execute testing strategies for telecom and networking apps.
• Analyze requirements to create robust test plans and approaches.
• Develop test scenarios for functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute positive, negative, boundary, and regression tests.
• Validate OSS/BSS integrations and service assurance processes.
• Perform manual and automated testing across environments with traceability to requirements and defects.
• Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams, product owners, and analysts; report risks and quality metrics.
