You will build strong customer relationships, deliver KPIs, and develop call plans while sharing market insights. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with pharma sales experience and HCIR credentials as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
• At least five (5) years of experience with three (3) or more years in pharma/health/science preferred; HS diploma required
• Proactively identifies customer style/behavior and adapts selling approach; leverages findings to develop sales strategies
• Demonstrates deep scientific, therapeutic, product and competitive knowledge; strong business acumen and strategic thinking

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and financial targets
• Create pre-call plan objectives and post-call evaluations to improve sales results
